Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated before purchase or by email.

Nenpomeno currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15

Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be emailed when available after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, email nenpomeno@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
