Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the necklace must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
To request a return, email nenpomeno@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized pieces and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
